Corrections
This is the message we most want to receive. If an offer, a term, a cap or a licence detail on this site does not match reality, tell us which page and what is wrong. We will check it against the operator's published terms and either correct the page and re-date it, or take the entry down.
Press and media
Questions about our method, our data or how we assess offers are welcome. We can explain how any figure on the site was arrived at and where it came from.
Operators
If you run a site listed here and something is out of date, send the current published terms and we will update the entry. Note that we list only operators licensed in Great Britain, that we do not sell placement, and that the order follows the published rules on how we pick.
What we do not do
- Link exchanges, guest posts and paid placement requests. These are not read.
- Account disputes. We have no access to any operator's systems. Our guide on how to complain sets out the route that does work.
- Publish personal names, phone numbers or an address. There is no staff directory.
